Our Policy

Reservations

  • Subject to availability a payment request will be sent to you once we have received your reservation request.
  • In order to guarantee your reservation we require a deposit which will be 30% of the total cost of your stay.
  • The deposit must be paid within a maximum of 3 days of you receiving the payment request. We will hold the availability only for this 3 day period.
  • ΚρατήσειςOnce the deposit is received we will email you a voucher which will constitute confirmation of payment.

Check In / Out

Check In
  • 15:00 until 11:00
- If you arrive early and your apartment is vacant and ready you may occupy it, if not we will gladly store your luggage until such time that it is ready.

Check Out
  • Until 11:00

Children

  • We can on request provide baby cots
Payment Policies
  • The balance of the payment must be paid on your arrival
  • We accept Cash, Western Union and MoneyGram
  • We also accept Visa and Mastercard credit
Cancellations
  • Cancellation requests will only be accepted by email to info@edem-thassos.gr
  • Cancellation requests will not receive a refund.
  • 'Non-shows' will not receive a refund.
Cleaning
  • Your apartment/studio will be thoroughly cleaned prior to your occupation, including new bed and bath linen
  • We will provide clean bed and bath linen for you every 3 days.
  • We clean the apartments and studios every 3 days.
General Policies
  • We welcome pets, please inform us beforehand to make sure there is no problem. It is your responsibility to ensure that your pets do not cause a nuisance or disturbance to other guests.
  • We operate a strict no smoking policy inside the studios and apartments. You are welcome to smoke on the balconies and in the gardens.
